Established in 2025 with the inaugural Convening, the North Orange County Community College’s Women in Power Spaces (WiPS) Initiative will advance social justice and gender equity through an agenda that addresses the systemic and persistent barriers that female-identifying people face.
The WiPS Initiative will offer a broad range of programs, resources, and opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to learn, lead, and advance gender equity on NOCCCD campuses and statewide.
